Perfect for foodies and people eager to learn more about cooking technique and skill, the masterclass will be hosted by Head Chef of all’onda, Ibraheem Musleh, and will give attendees the chance to delve deep and discover the sacred culinary ways of the Italians, whilst learning the secrets to mastering some of the most famous recipes and culinary techniques.
Under the direction of Chef Ibraheem, whose extensive 15 years cooking experience has seen him work in leading restaurants around the world, will have the chance to create dishes such as Asian Spiced Beef Tartar, Vegetable Hand Rolls and Green Tea-Misu, using the freshest ingredients and produce sourced both locally and globally. Attendees will also be guided through the art of rolling and making one of Italy’s most famous dishes, pasta from scratch.
