Passion F&B introduces an exclusively curated, vegetarian degustation experience in Dubai
AVATARA is an innovative new dining destination from Passion F&B, where food is inspired by humble seasonal ingredients that are clean and natural. The cuisine features fresh produce and dairy products from local farms; whilst showcasing the endless possibilities vegetarian food can offer.
Driven by culinary maestro Chef Rahul Rana who is adept at crafting vegetarian and patisserie concepts, diners can look forward to a menu brimming with a modern take on the techniques, philosophy, and story of soulful Indian food.
Hailing from Rishikesh, a city in the northern part of India in the Himalayan foothills, Chef Rahul was raised in a predominantly vegetarian community. Being a tourist destination, he grew up with an innate understanding of different cultures and cuisines.
“Cooking is like meditation for me. I have possibly inherited this from my grandfather, who was a chef for the Maharajas. I believe that taste is everything. A good meal has the power to rejuvenate and change perceptions. With AVATARA, we attempt to bring about change in the way people look at vegetarian food”, says Chef Rahul Rana.
The restaurant overlooks the iconic skyline of Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, with a limited capacity of only 24 seats a night, making it an intimate and personalized dining experience.
