Summer is upon us and Lola Taberna Española, a Spanish restaurant sited within TRYP by Wyndham Barsha Heights, is set to make the season a fabulous, fun and wonderful one.

Food enthusiasts are invited to visit the setting and reach for a selection of new dishes from Lola Taberna’s mouthwatering menu. Think Beef tartare, Broccolini summer salad, Pickled anchovies, Idiazabal and Spinach croquettes, Wagyu meatballs and Adobo marinated lamb rack.

Diners should not leave without indulging in the tantalizing Tiger prawn paella, a sumptuous addition to the Spanish restaurant’s menu. The dessert selection has also introduced new, refreshing treats, including a grape-infused sorbet and Turrón (a southwestern European nougat confection) ice cream.
