The appetising menu includes Cioppino Soup with lobster, clams and mussels, Lobster Ceviche with sweet potato, Lobster Cobb Salad with yuzu dressing, Crispy Canadian Lobster with wasabi mayo and the popular Lobster Roll with brioche bread, as well as Lobster to share.

For the meat eaters, a towering Surf and Turf Burger with lobster, a wagyu patty and classic thousand island sauce is a burger fans dream. But the show-stopping dish on the menu is the Whole Canadian Lobster to share – complete with café de Paris butter, grilled lime, new potatoes, corn on the cob and rocket leaves.

Three sweet treats make up the dessert menu to include a strawberry mille feuilles; a puff pastry layered dessert filled with cream and strawberries, dark chocolate brownies with banana-hazelnut and chocolate ice cream, and an apple crumble uniquely combined with white pepper ice cream.
