This restaurant boasts a space known as ‘the glass cube’, which offers diners an uninterrupted show of the master butchers at work. The gorgeous glass structure can accommodate at least two carvers at one time, who use the space to rustle up succulent meat dishes in full view of Sirali’s diners.
