Balkan meets British, as homegrown bistro 21 Grams pops-up at Reform Social & Grill at the end of February
The newly transformed lakeside lawn at Reform Social & Grill will welcome the renowned 21 Grams for a one-day-only special, where local foodies can come together to enjoy Balkan bites.
Chef Uros Mitrasinovic, who trained in the USA and returned to Serbia to explore his love of local ingredients, dishes and cultures, is known for his street-food style cooking. Inspired by foods from the forest, Mitrasinovic will serve a specially curated menu for this occasion.
The al fresco picnic-style lunch will feature spit-roasted meats and a mix of dishes prepared using a traditional cast-iron pot cooking technique. Tuck into Somun bread, polenta, potato and leek salad and lamb cooked over pit fire.
Perfect for food lovers and families alike, take the kids along too as they get to dine for free with a special kid’s station serving up red pasta with homemade ricotta.
