And for those who are a fan of the flavourful Middle Eastern cuisine, there is now a weekly Arabian nights experience at Vida Downtown, taking place every Thursday.

The ‘Taste of Arabia’ experience will be served in a relaxed and sharing-style set-up. Dig into aromatic flavours and traditional combinations, reminiscent of centuries-old recipes known only to our great grandmothers. Rediscover some of your most comforting classic recipes that is sure to remind you of your childhood.

The ‘Taste of Arabia’ menu includes cold and hot mezzes, with traditional favourites such as hummus, mutabal, tabbouleh, grilled halloumi, rocca and zaatar, kibbeh, spinach fatayer, fattoush, cheese rakakat, baba ganush, shanklish, and meat samboussik.

Don’t miss the melt-in-the-mouth tender, delicately flavoured and juicy meat served with rice and yogurt sauce, lamb ouzzi. The other dishes on the menu include vegetables salona curry, fish hara and koussa mehsheh. Warm up to the live barbeque station with some freshly grilled chicken shish tawok, lamb kofta and spicy tiger prawn.

For the sweet lovers, there is a dessert menu that offers a selection of delicious Arabic sweets, assorted pastries, cakes and chilled sliced fruit. Quench your thirst with both cold and hot beverages including laban, fresh juices, and Moroccan tea.
