The sixth instalment of the culinary festival ‘Best of Dubai, Chefs Unite’ is back at the vibrant gastropub and family-friendly restaurant, Reform Social & Grill

‘Best of Dubai’, a brand created by award-winning author Flavel Monteiro to celebrate Dubai’s homegrown chefs, is back this February, with 10 of the city’s most talented and reputable chefs taking part in the gastronomic event.

Each chef will host their own station where they will prepare their signature dish for diners to have as little or as much as they like. Mouthwatering dishes on the menu include delicately braised cauliflower, juicy barbeque corn and butter-pepper-garlic prawns, spinach bruschetta, and Korean fried chicken, as well as a selection of tempting desserts – all carefully crafted by the city’s best resident chefs. The evening will also present a chance to pick up recipes or cooking tips and tricks from the chefs present throughout the event.

Make a family day out of it with their packed itinerary to keep little ones entertained too. Activities include a ceramic paint station, arts and crafts, pop-the-balloon game and face painting.

This exclusive event will feature some of the best Chefs in the city namely Colin Clague, Francesco Guarracino, Himanshu Saini, Musabbeh Al Kaabi, Praba Manickam, Reif Othman, Rene Johari, Vinu Raveendran, Yannis Manikis and Yugal Kishor.
