Time Out Market Dubai has revealed an exciting new culinary concept, where some of the hottest chefs in town will host an intimate group of diners at an exclusive setting.
Launching on Valentine’s Day, the first in this ‘Chef’s Edition’ series will be hosted by celebrated Chef Reif Othman. Expect an exquisite eight courses with a Japanese-Chinese fusion twist and a fermented rice beverage pairing. This experience requires advance booking as the table hosts just eight diners.
The Chef’s Edition series will continue throughout March, with an Indian feast hosted by Chef Prashant Chipkar of Masti on March 2; a Plant-based Middle Eastern gathering from Little Erth on March 9; and BB Social’s Spero & Alex present “Bubble and Squeak, “Greek” on March 23.
