Ingredients
- 4 scoops coconut ice cream
- ½ mango, flesh diced
- zest ½ lime
- 2 ripe passion fruits, flesh scooped out
- 2 tbsp toasted coconuts shavings
Method
Scoop the ice cream into bowls. In a small bowl, mix the mango with the lime and pour it over the ice cream. Spoon the passion fruit over the top and sprinkle over the toasted coconut.
