Ingredients
- 1 shot of cold espresso coffee or 30ml/1fl oz strong black coffee
- 200ml full-fat milk
- 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 ice cubes
- 1 small brownie or chocolate chip cookie
Tip
New flavours or low-fatFor a lower-fat iced coffee sundae, use semi-skimmed or skimmed milk. Experiment with flavours; for a mocha iced-coffee sundae, use 2-3 scoops of chocolate ice cream.
Method
Pour the espresso or strong coffee and milk into a blender. Add 2 scoops of ice cream and the ice cubes, then blitz until it is the consistency of a smoothie. Pour straight into a tall glass, top with the last scoop of ice cream and crumble over the brownie or cookie to finish.
