The culinary experience began with a selection of freshly baked breads, a delightful prelude to the crispy calamari. The citrus mayonnaise dip offered a refreshing counterpoint to the savoury appetiser. A highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the delicious Novikov Wagyu tacos, a luxurious indulgence elevated by the aromatic black truffle.

The main course presented a contrasting yet equally satisfying experience. The mushroom risotto delivered a comforting richness with its velvety texture. We then savoured the succulent and tender Veal scallopina, bathed in a tangy lemon sauce, alongside a side of crispy chips and decadent truffle mayonnaise.

The dessert course culminated with a Crème brûlée topped with blackberries providing a light and refreshing touch, while the decadent richness of a Chocolate and peanut butter fondant was perfectly balanced, accompanied by a delightful scoop of ice cream to complete the indulgent experience at Novikov Café.
